Local Clubs support Healthy Harold

Local clubs are not only the backbone of communities; their support and commitment to Life Education has been unwavering for more than 10 years.

In 2017 Life Education NSW received 17 grants totalling almost $94,000 through the ClubGRANTS program. This funding contributed towards fee subsidies for children in need, so more Aussie kids can access Life Education’s vital health and safety programs.

ClubGRANTS funding is available to community groups, charities and sporting teams across NSW. Approximately 500 clubs voluntarily allocate funds to the ClubGRANTS scheme. Last year, registered clubs allocated more than $100 million to deserving causes through the ClubGRANTS program.

The program is designed to ensure that registered clubs contribute to the provision of front-line services to their local communities; and to ensure that the disadvantaged in the community are better positioned to benefit from the substantial contributions made by those clubs.
