Hands Up Now! launches in New South Wales

After an overwhelming response from Queenslanders to support the work of Life Education through the Hands Up Now! program, we’re so excited to now launch Hands Up Now! in NSW.

In fact, NSW is where Life Education’s work began more than 35 years ago. From those humble beginnings in Kings Cross, Life Education now helps almost 300,000 children in 1,742 schools across the State.  Each day our team of Educators, supported by our mascot Healthy Harold, empower children and young people to avoid harm, and to grow up safe and healthy. It’s what we want for every child.

This means that your help as a Hands Up Now! supporter is so important. You’ll be making a difference in the lives of children in NSW and in Queensland. And over the next year or so, we are hoping to make this a truly national program, supporting the work of Life Education across Australia.

So, welcome to the Hands Up Now! family! And thanks for helping to keep our next generation of young people safe!

On behalf of the Hands Up Now! team,

Michael Fawsitt, CEO, Life Education Queensland
