In response to COVID-19 and confirming their commitment to the health and wellbeing of Australian children, Life Education Australia has launched a new online program to reach school communities.
Available to all schools, Life Education Online provides valuable lessons exploring healthy eating, personal safety, physical activity, cybersafety and the impact of alcohol and other drugs.
Traditionally delivered face to face in schools, via a team of educators and a fleet of 100 Mobile Learning Centres (also known as Life Education Vans) the Life Education Program reaches 700,000 children each year.
Life Education Australia CEO, Kellie Sloane, has been impressed, but not surprised, by the flexibility of her team and their ability to adapt during the COVID19 pandemic.
“To ensure relevancy, Life Education has been adapting its program since our inception in 1979. While we are not currently able to deliver our program face to face in schools, we are excited to share Life Education Online with teachers, schools and students,” Ms Sloane said.
Featuring our three most popular modules, Life Education Online contains interactive lessons presented by experienced Life Education educators, downloadable resources and online games.
Teachers and schools can request access to Life Education Online now.
