Life Education is helping to spread the word about Australia’s Healthy Bones Action Week which encourages all Australians to think about their bone health. Primary school is a crucial time for Aussie kids to build strong bones and muscles for life and ensure their daily routine includes the three key steps to maintaining good bone health.  

These three easy steps are:  

1. Calcium intake through foods like milk, cheese, yoghurt 
2. Weight bearing exercise, such as a hop, skip or jump 
3. Vitamin D from safe sunshine
