Making a bequest to Life Education is giving the gift of preserving young lives through education.

Your bequest will help expand the Life Education interactive, researched learning programs presented in primary and secondary schools. Through your generosity students will have the opportunity to learn about healthy living, resilience and the dangers of legal and illicit drugs.

How to leave a bequest to Life Education Australia

Life Education recommends that your Will be prepared by a solicitor, trustee company or The Public Trustee. If required we may be able to assist by identifying one of these in your area.

Correct Wording for a bequest

“I give and bequeath (free of all duties) .....% of my estate to Life Education Australia, Level 7, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, in aid of that charity and for its general purposes, with the written acknowledgement of Life Education Australia to be accepted by my executors as a full and complete discharge.”

or

“I give and bequeath (free of all duties) the rest and residue of my estate to Life Education Australia, Level 7, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, in aid of that charity and for its general purposes, with the written acknowledgement of Life Education Australia to be accepted by my executors as a full and complete discharge.”
